RACER Gloves Canada Inc, the importer and distributor of the RACER 1927 and CEBE brands in Canada is hiring an independent sales rep or agency for Atlantic Canada.
The company mission is to empower passionate explorers to let them get protected and unleash their spirit of adventure in Any Environment.
We develop and distribute best in class, stylish, gloves, protectives and eyewear that remove limitations for cyclists, runners and all outdoor enthusiasts.
Driven by the successful implantation of the company across the country we are only missing the right agency to exploit the potential of the cycling and running collections in the Maritimes.
He/She ideally has a great experience of the Cycling and Running industries, with a great knowledge of dealer network in Atlantic Canada. The sales representative/Agency is responsible for all aspects of regional strategy development, sales, and service within the defined territory.
You consider yourself as a brand ambassador, provide outstanding service and support leading to fruitful and long-standing relationships. You are a result driven person; this is the right position for you!
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies within your territory.
- Develop and maintain outstanding service with retail partners.
- Execute and master sales presentations, training, and education with retail partners.
- Be the brand ambassador at dealer and consumers events within your territory.
- Establish, develop, and manage booking and in season sales.
- Attend regional rep show.
- Attend company sales meeting.
- Be proactive in your communication to align with the bottom-up approach of the company to successfully develop both brands in your territory.
This is an independent contract position with a competitive commission structure. The company will provide all the elements allowing sales rep/agency to fully develop the lines in its territory.
